DELIVERY

We take delivery very seriously. You can find the UK delivery time for any of our products on the relevant product page. These vary based on complexity of shipping, size/value of the item and the service used. These times are a guideline - however, in well over 99% of cases (and rising), we achieve or beat them.

DELIVERY PRICES

We offer free delivery throughout mainland UK and Northern Ireland. *This excludes certain items that are difficult to ship and some special offers. ‘Mainland UK’ is defined by the delivery area set by our couriers - although geographically belonging to the mainland we do have to charge a delivery fee to some parts of the Scottish Highlands and other outer lying areas given the increased costs charged by couriers for despatch to these areas. We do however attempt to keep these costs to our customers as low as possible.

*Please note - this may vary for non-mainland UK addresses. You can always check the delivery cost of an order by adding items to your shopping cart and using the ‘Estimate Shipping & Tax’ tool.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We know that you will be pleased with your purchases from Trade Hut Direct however, there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us. If you wish to do so, please thoroughly read our returns policy and complete the returns form here.

Important - if your return qualifies for a refund of the return carriage costs, please be aware that the maximum we can refund is £6. If the return costs are going to be more than this, please call our customer service team who should be able to arrange an alternative solution.
