How do I place an order?

You can place and order via our website where you have a number of different payment methods to choose from. If you'd prefer to place your order over the phone you can speak to one of our product specialists on 0800 994 9992.

How can I track my order?

The majority of our items are sent via a tracked service with a courier, some smaller low value items are sent via Royal Mail so please keep this in mind if your order is below £50.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email notification with your tracking details and courier information, in most cases you will be able to track your parcel online.

I haven't received my order, what should I do?

If you haven't received your order within the stated delivery times then you should always check with the courier who is delivering your order. Most of our orders are sent tracked so it best to check on the online tracking information which should give you an update on the status of the parcel. If you have spoken to the courier and they are unable to assist please contact us so we can assist in resolving this issue for you.

Can I cancel my order?

If you no longer require your goods then you can cancel your order prior to dispatch, please be aware that we will attempt to stop the parcel in our warehouse but some parcels can already be loaded on the delivery van before you receive a dispatch notification from us. We will always do our best to stop an order which has received a request for cancellation but in some cases we are unable to do so and you may have to wait until the item arrives to return it. You have upto 30 days to return an item to us if it unwanted however this must come back in new/unopened condition so it is resalable.

How do I return an item?

If you'd like to return your order or part of an order then please read our return policy for directions on how to do this, the form located on the returns policy page needs to be completed so we can action your return.

I want to request a VAT Invoice, are you VAT registered?

Yes are are VAT registered. Please contact us for VAT invoices. Our VAT number is GB353157016

Can I have my order delivered to a different address?

We are only able to offer delivery to the address entered at the checkout stage, unfortunately we are not insured but the credit/debit card provider if we change the address after the order has been placed, in this instance we would recommend cancelling the order and placing another order with the amended address.


All orders that are paid for using Paypal will automatically select the Paypal accounts registered address, if you wish your parcel to go to a different address ensure that you have this address registered on your Paypal account before placing your order as this cannot be changed after placing an order.


Unfortunately, all orders placed over the phone must be delivered to the address registered to the card.

My order has arrived but it is incorrect or missing items

If you are missing an item from your order, please contact our customer service team on 0800 994 9992 or send us a message by clicking on this link contact us. Please have your order number or delivery note to hand and a description of what’s missing/incorrect so we can look into this for you. 

Are the products for sale brand new?

All products are brand new, direct from our trusted reputable suppliers. All our power tools are UK specification, CE marked.
