We have listed below some of the brands which require you to follow their own return process to ensure you receive the best service and quickest resolution - our team are on hand to assist you should you be unsure.

Dewalt Warranty Information

Dewalt offer a 30 day money back credit period should your product be faulty and you would like a refund, you must also provide your proof of purchase. 


If your purchase is over the 30 day period you can take your order to any Dewalt approved repair agent in your area, it will be repaired free of charge as long as you have your proof of purchase within the 12 month period warranty period (3 year on Dewalt XR range if registered with Dewalt within 28 days of purchase). Hitachi offer a 7 day money back credit period should your product be faulty and you would like a refund, you must also provide proof of purchase.


If your purchase is over the 7 day period you can take your order to any Hitachi approved repair agent in your area, it will be repaired free of charge as long as you have your proof of purchase within the 12 month period warranty period (3 year on lithium range if registered with Hitachi within 28 days of purchase).

Karcher offer a 28 day money back credit period should your product be faulty and you would like a refund, you must also provide your proof of purchase.
