JG Speedfit plastic plumbing manifolds are a durable solution that enables service pipework to be centralised at a single point. When used in conjunction with JG Speedfit Lay-Flat Polybutylene Pipe, outlet pipe work can be run directly to the fixture or appliance, without the need for further
fittings.
Made from polybutylene, and available in 2, 3 and 4 port options, with both direct inlet connections or alternatively with a sperate stem connection to allow for multiple manifolds to be connected together the speedfit range of plastic manifolds provide the ultimate space saving solution.
Simply push the push-fit fitting fully onto the pipe and twist the plastic nut clockwise to lock in place. To demount the connection, unlock the nut by hand and push the collet towards the body of the push-fit fitting and pull the pipe to release.
JG Speedfit is up to 40% faster to install than traditional methods and is easier to use in confined spaces by removing the need for hot works and tools. Designed, manufactured and assembled in the UK.

JG Speedfit x union nut flexi hose (white PVC) for the connection to a male thread appliance, such as a tap. The PVC hose material significantly reduces the hose ‘kinking’ and makes the product easier to clean. Simply push the push-fit fitting fully onto the pipe and screw the nut onto the thread of the appliance. To demount the push-fit end, push the collet towards the body of the push-fit fitting and pull the pipe release.

1. Removal of old caulk
Old caulking can be removed with the CRAMER removal tool with saw blade. Whatever is left on tiles or smooth surfaces can be removed with the scraping blade. When removing old mildew stained caulks wear a protective mask!
2. Apply silicone
Choose the caulking line shape from 16 profile possibilities. Apply appropriate amount of caulking mass on a distance of 60-120 cm (25-50 inch).
3. Profiling with guides
