JG Speedfit plastic plumbing manifolds are a durable solution that enables service pipework to be centralised at a single point. When used in conjunction with JG Speedfit Lay-Flat Polybutylene Pipe, outlet pipe work can be run directly to the fixture or appliance, without the need for further
fittings.
Made from polybutylene, and available in 2, 3 and 4 port options, with both direct inlet connections or alternatively with a sperate stem connection to allow for multiple manifolds to be connected together the speedfit range of plastic manifolds provide the ultimate space saving solution.
Simply push the push-fit fitting fully onto the pipe and twist the plastic nut clockwise to lock in place. To demount the connection, unlock the nut by hand and push the collet towards the body of the push-fit fitting and pull the pipe to release.
JG Speedfit is up to 40% faster to install than traditional methods and is easier to use in confined spaces by removing the need for hot works and tools. Designed, manufactured and assembled in the UK.
Features and benefits
•Compact and space saving solution for centralizing system pipework
•Stem connection versions available to allow for manifold grouping
•Instant push-fit connection
•Install and demount in seconds without tools
•Safe flame-free installation, with no hot works, glue or flux
•5-40% cost saving compared to the alternative method which includes a series of pipes, elbows and tees, making installation longer and more complex
•Grip & Seal collet with stainless steel teeth and main O-Ring seal
•Non-toxic, resists corrosion and no scale build-up
•Suitable for use with JG Speedfit PEX and polybutylene barrier pipe (inserts required) and copper pipe
•Suitable for hot, cold and central heating applications
