The JG Underfloor Manifold Connection Kit is designed for connecting multiple JG LowFit or JG Underfloor Manifolds together. It is an ideal solution for larger properties that require multiple loops per room, or when additional underfloor heating (UFH) circuits are required on an existing installation.
The kit is easy to installl and comes complete with sealing washers. Simply remove the blanking plugs from the existing manifold at the end of both flow and return bars. Insert the sealing washer into the connectors and tighten. The additonal manifold can then be connected to the other end, creating further circuits, whilst still using a single JG Underfloor Thermomix Control Kit.
The manifold flow meters will need to be recalibrated after installation on both manifolds to ensure optimum performance.

JG Speedfit superseal pipe insert contains dual o-rings to provide even greater sealing security than a standard insert. The first o-ring is on the stem that is pushed into the pipe to prevent water from inside the pipe passing between the inside of the pipe wall and the outside surface of the insert. The second o-ring sits on the end of the insert and seals inside the push-fit fitting, becoming a seal between the main pipe and push-fit fitting. When superseal Inserts are used with Speedfit push-fit fittings a multi-seal is formed as all push-fit fittings also include a main o-ring seal.
